Hello lovelies! I've so missed blogging this month! Now that it is Spring (I know it's late) I've really wanted to do some more DIYs and organization as spring cleaning starts and whatnot. However, I'll be taking my finals this week, and so as soon as they're over with, I'll have plenty of time to start trying out all of the ideas i've found.
I thought for today, I would go ahead and share a few different fashion ideas I found on Pinterest and really liked for the spring time :)
I really love the use of the denim jacket in this one, and the pop of color in the red jeans!
This maxi skirt is so beautiful, and would go with so much!!
Mint green is one of my favorite colors, not just for spring, but all the time. This outfit is really simple, but it looks so classy.
Hope this has given you some inspiration for different looks you can create for spring!

February Favorites
Hey guys! Well, since February is now over, its time for another favorites post. I'm just going to share some things that i've been enjoying for this month.
Also, before I start, two things I just want to say:
First of all, if you haven't seen my previous post on some free printables, then go ahead and check that out when you're done reading this post.
And second of all, I have a poll open in the side bar, so make sure to go and vote on that.
Soooo...without further adieu, lets get into my favorites :)
So for my book favorite, I've been reading Uncle Tom's Cabin. It talks about the slavery that took place in the 1800's. It is a sad book, but it is also such a good read.
For music favorites this month, I have been listening to pandora quite a bit. Specifically my NEEDTOBREATHE station. I don't have any of their albums, but I have really been loving their music more and more but I can't decide which album to buy.... (suggestions please? :)
My Movie/TV Show favorite is Parks and Recreation. Its on Netflix, and it has been a really fun show to unwind to at night.
For my beauty favorites for February, I have been loving the color 'Freida's Nude' by L'Oreal on my nails. Its has just enough shimmer, and it lasts really well on my nails without chipping.
Thats all for now! Hope you enjoyed :)

Free Printables!
Hey guys! I've been a little (okay, more than a little...) obsessed with going on Pinterest and pinning many organization ideas. But lately, I've been really into finding a really good to-do list/schedule for weekly and daily things.
I found quite a few ones that were pretty good, but i narrowed it down to my top three favorite ones, and thought I would share them with ya'll. They are free to print out, (yay!) and I printed each one out to see which one would better work for me so I hope you enjoy and can use them. I always find it really helpful to make lists, and prioritize things, especially when I'm feeling really stressed with school and whatnot.
So what I like this one because is has a place for what you want to accomplish during the week, and then allows you to break it up to get it done throughout the different days. Click HERE to go and get this print out! (It also has two other ones slightly different, that may work better for you!)
This one is possibly my favorite one, because it not only has sections for phone calls and events, but also it has an hourly section. The main way I like to organize my stuff is by hour slots, (I really don't know why, I just find it easier) so I may end up sticking with this one! Click HERE to get this one.
So I hope that you enjoyed this post! Let me know which one you like the best and if you end up using it!

Okay, so this one I really love because it's not just a to-do list, but also includes more of a routine checklist. i.e, workout, phone calls, ect. Click HERE to get this awesome one!

January Favorites :)
Hey friends! Hope you're all doing well! With January coming to a close, I thought i'd do a favorites post about some things that i've been enjoying for this month.
So first off i'll start off with....
Music Favorites:
I can't just pick one for this section, because i list to music aaaalllllll the time :)
The Carry us Now album by Rush of Fools. I have all of their previous albums, and this one has been my favorite! All of the songs on this album are so beautiful, and many of them we've sang for worship at my church!

Brave by Moriah Peters. Although it came out a while ago, I recently bought it on iTunes and i really like it a lot! In fact, I'm listening to it right now as i'm typing this post...haha.
Movie/TV Show Favorite:
I actually haven't watched any movies recently, especially since school has started and i don't have that much time, haha, but I do have a favorite TV Show favorite. The Middle has definitely become my go-to show lately! It's a sitcom about a family of five, living in Indiana, and oh my goodness.....every episode is so relatable!
Beauty Favorites:
So my beauty favorites i've been using a lot right now have been mainly from the brand Pixi. It's a UK based company, but they sell quite a bit at Target.
Well, that's it for today's post!

DIYs / Organization
Hey! Soooo, judging from the poll, (its still open for those who haven't voted yet!) it looked like most of you guys wanted to see some more of these types of posts!
This one i thought was really cool! If i make it, i definitely would cover or decorate the CD with some prettier paper, or something, but other than that, its pretty simple to do!
For those of you that live in the south, and have many pairs of sandals, this would especially come in handy! I love this! I think this could also work for other shoes that aren't flip-flops, such as ballet flats, heels, and even shoes with laces you could hook on the hanger.
This one, I find super helpful! Its great to refer to when i'm not sure if i should still save some of my makeup and nail polishes!

Life Lately
Hey y'all! I know i haven't blogged in fooorrreeevvveerrrrr! I needed to take a break for a little while, but i'm hoping to blog more regularly now! Since it's been so long since I've posted, I'lll do a little catching up!
A few months ago, i had a little photoshoot with my sis, and so i thought i'd share a few of my favorites with you!
It's good to be back! Stay tuned for some other fun posts coming soon! Also, check out the poll I have in the sidebar, and let me know what types of posts you would like to see!

In November, me and my family went to NYC because I had the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall. It was such a wonderful trip, and it was so incredible being able to play there! (Sorry no pictures, we were not allowed!)
I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas and New Years! Christmas was lovely, a little bit crazy, but really nice nonetheless.

Hey guys! So...I was debating whether or not to post another DIY, but this one was really fun to do and it's a little easier and more practical. So here it is...a DIY nail polish caddy! :)
(It took me about an hour and a half to make this.)
So, first i started out by painting a swatch of nail polish on the paper, and once it dried, i hole punched the colors out, and glued them to the top of each bottle. That way, once you put them into the tray, you can see what color is which without picking each one out.
I hope you've enjoyed this DIY tutorial!

(Supplies:)
glue stick
paper
scissors
hot glue gun (tacky glue would would fine as well)
small tray
hole puncher
ribbon and/or fabric
Mason jar, or other type of container/jar
(It took me about an hour and a half to make this.)
So, first i started out by painting a swatch of nail polish on the paper, and once it dried, i hole punched the colors out, and glued them to the top of each bottle. That way, once you put them into the tray, you can see what color is which without picking each one out.
The tray i got is from Home goods and it was only 7$. Its from the bathroom section and it is glass so it holds the nail polish really nicely.
So next, you're going to get your jar, and you can either leave it plain or decorate it. I got the ribbon, and just hot glued it around the jar, and then added a bow. You can also get some fabric and cover the lid.
Then you can fill the jar with cotton balls, or Q-tips, and you can also stick your nail polish remover on the tray so it's all there for you to use.
